OUR LEGACY

Foster Hawkins Global, Inc. was born from a legacy of resilience, faith, sacrifice, and service passed down through generations of extraordinary women. Our name honors founder Tiffany Hill, MPH, whose commitment to community, public health, and leadership is deeply rooted in her family's history.

That legacy begins with Tiffany's three-times great-grandmother, Darcus Foster, who was born into slavery and later became a sharecropper. Her perseverance laid the foundation for generations of women who embodied strength, determination, and an unwavering commitment to family and community.

Through Martha Foster, Melon Foster-Holcombe Hawkins, Delores Hawkins Gwynn, and Shirley O. Hill, each generation carried forward values of resilience, compassion, and purpose. Together, these women laid the foundation for the values that define Foster Hawkins Global today. Their lives shaped Tiffany's belief that meaningful change begins by investing in people and strengthening communities.

That legacy continues with Tiffany's mother, an entrepreneur whose vision and determination inspired Tiffany to build an organization centered on service and impact. Today, the next generation is represented by Tiffany's daughter, Kenadee Hawkins, whose work in agriculture and commitment to supporting Black farmers reflects the family's enduring dedication to creating healthier, more resilient communities.
